Blossom Elementary Learning Extension is always interested in hiring professional and experienced instructors  Due to our exciting growth in the area, we often have positions available.

Instructors at Blossom are hired as part-time employees and generally work from 3 to 6 pm to accomodate the after-school schedules of the children.  Number of days per week are flexible

 

We have previously hired certified teachers, top of the line college and graduate students, retirees and professionals with full-time jobs. We are highly selective in choosing our instructors and consider educational background, work experience, and other relevant information in our selction. A NYS teaching certification is preferred.

Our instructors are expected to have good communication skills as well as mastery of the subject or exam they are tutoring. Since we provide services in multiple school districts throughout Rochester, a reliable mode of transporation is necessary.
